Each summer Seventh Day Baptist college-age young people from our country, Canada, and also from Australia, participate in a spcial program called Summer Christian Service Corps - SCSC.

For many years our church has sent youth for training and assignments at our churches and camps. This year Megan Clark, Stephanie Ritchie, and Steven Pimple will go, and the team which our church will host will be Melissa Van Horn of Columbus, Ohio and Aaron Smith of Ashaway, Rhode Island.

On Sabbath day, April 21, during the worship service, a special collection will be received to support the training and transportation for this program, which is sponsored by the SDB national women's board. This is our opportunity to encourage the future leaders of our churches.
